Video of Lucy Allan blaming activists – it is never the lying MPs fault!

Lucy_Allan_(Conservative_politician)
Did Lucy Allan get guidance from AC?

Lucy Allan made a statement yesterday on social media where she blamed activists for her lies. It was not her fault but disappointed people who did not get the MP or Government they wanted. Fascinating this, she seems to be quoting our own Orkney and Shetland MP himself who says the reason he was taken to Court was because we wanted to silence the opposition in Scotland – ‘it’s not me, its them – they should not notice our mistakes or hold us accountable.’

Bless!

We expect the same standards of politicians that we would of anyone else – that they tell the truth and don’t make up things to smear other people.

Somewhat selective moralising here – no mentions made anywhere of the SNP MPs who are currently undergoing criminal investigations for mortgage fraud (Michelle Thomson) and the independence campaign fund ‘discrepancies’ by Natalie McGarry. Easy target to pick on the Tory for the indignant self-righteous diatribe. You can try to defend your biased moralising by claiming that nothing has yet been proven, nevertheless this dd not appear to have impacted upon your very public condemnation of Carmichael on this very basis. Not even a mention of them? Anywhere? Call me cynical, but this would appear to indicate a very partisan approach to justice, probity and political conduct. By omission, this might even constitute lying…..surely not?

Because Jim we have talked about that again and again – I was rather interested to hear Lucy Allan using exactly the same words as AC.
My major reason for focussing on him is because he is my MP – and so I have a direct connection – its what parliamentary democracy is about.

Neither of those two are still SNP MPs – both no longer have the whip. Unlike AC who is a party spokesman

Ah, then Lucy Allan must be your MP as well?

Both SNP MPs committed these (alleged) criminal offences while still representing their party politically. So does the removal of the whip somewhat negate the immorality and criminality of their actions in your eyes? Or perhaps (and this is my guess) their misdemeanours have simply been rather studiously – and selectively – ignored by you?
